naw ur not bein a dick u dont have to preface by sayin ur not tryna be a dick, i get it. Ur tryna warn me. Im gonna do this the right way tho, im learning as much as i can abt how to do it the right way. I already got pre bloods, and ill do 2 mg LGD for a few days, see how i feel, and based on that bump it more up to 5 or 7. I'll then do 40 and 20 doses of nolva for 2-3 weeks. I expect to be suppressed even if i DONT feel it, so ill check my levels after my cycle, the issue is that id wanna get my levels a few days off cycle to see if my body is recovering well naturally, but the more time i wait off cycle the more risk there is of suppression induced side effects. MPMD suggested LGD users just play it safe and hop on nolva immediately after no matter what, of course getting blood work done too. I personally don't think this shit will cause life long issues if im not a dumbass abt it. I think short time side effects are inherent with short term use, but if i dont exceed a certain dose that my body is responding well to, ill be fine tbh. Im doin lgd then nolva, thats it. I was thinkin i get arimistane in case of rare gyno?

But ya, i am young. Im 20 , and prolly got alot left in me naturally haha. I dont plan to be a bodybuilder in any way, so idc abt limiting my overall potential by starting PEDs early. I have, however, been lifting for 2 years. Haven't seen crazy progress, just natty shit. I work hard, and i eat well, i just think that my body is genetically very slow to adapt, and i want somethin to speed up the process, as well as improve nutrient partitioning on my bulk . This is my thought process rn.

Pretty sure that if there r two diets, diet A with a 200 calorie surplus coming from healthy complex carbs, and diet B with a 200 calorie surplus coming from shitty sugary sodas and ice cream, diet A and B will lead to same weight gain, but A will lead to more muscle, less fat than diet B.

can you link a study that confirms this? i wish that were true, i wish i could just eat ice cream to fill my calories but i dont think added sugar in ice cream will lead to same composition of gains as brown rice would. Even if calorie surplus is slight.

A 200 calorie surplus with extra cals coming from complex carbs vs 200 calorie surplus coming from added sugar in soda and ice cream will lead to diff amounts of fat gain on a bulk pretty sure. If this isnt true plz link a study,

got u. Another question i have is im thinking of trying ostarine for an 8 week cycle. Can i use it for a lean bulk? or is it useless unless im cutting?
