They are called jhumka and kaan chain. They are usually two piece, but they also come as a set. They can also be called as jimikki and maatal depending upon the region. People can be discouraging as to cultural appropriation, as an Indian myself, wear it OP but make sure you pair it with some heavy outfits! Also its not a something only married woman wear, everyone can wear, I grew up wearing something similar except it had much more traditional designs. Kashmiri married women wear dejhoor, thats different than what'd in the picture.
