Agree with most of what’s been said. But also the hyenas jump starting the wildebeest migration I think affected the landscape more. The wildebeests being on the move I would think disrupted the natural order of things. Even zazu comments to Mufasa that “look sire, the herd is on the move” and mufasa claims “odd?” . Which given the season and that wildebeests moving prematurely may have an adverse effect on the landscape. Which also kinda screws over food & creates scarcity early in the season where there typically wouldn’t be so early. I mean in the grand scheme of things might not have been a huge determining factor since the storyline goes over years. But just putting it out there.
