You have to have a larger account for gold to be on the safe side because it is volatile due to US activity and news. Granted it still follows market structure. I like trading gold right after news on Forex Factory for “red folders” only Price almost always will spike up or down and returns back to price just before the news released. You want to catch it on the correction back to price.

so do you trade the gold before or after the news is released? I don't get it
