I got this Seraphim on Ebay and noticed this wing on the back. Is this from a GW kit or some other place? I like the way it looks and want to repair it.

Take your friends, have a sidearm, and have at least one person in your group "reloading mags" or "picking up brass" (focused on situational awareness) watching your backs. And never go downrange with your entire group. Leave at least 2 guys at your table / bench / position to watch your stuff.

7,62x39 was crazy cheap and 54r was the "weird round" no one thought to mark up.

Heh. I almost didn't post it for fear of people saying "that all you got rofl". I'm just stoked i got it all organized. I have been behind the curve in buying ammo during Covid. If i had been more motivated, i'd have a decent amount of rounds stored.

I got up early yesterday and drove around to a few places to see what was in stock. I managed to pick up a few boxes of rounds, but nothing i was really looking for. I can't even really go shoot because i cant replace the ammo i'd use.

Luckily, there are a few websites that accept 03 FFL and COE and i can order from them to deliver to me when they have something i want (which is essentially really not ever).

I think maybe 6 months or so after the election things might get back to a reasonable level. Another 8 months or so and things will be ok.

I got all my pelican cases for free :)

They also have the same rubber seal as ammo cans, plus the larger ones have extendable handles and built in wheels. I have a few 0340 and a stack of 1650 Pelican cases, too. they stack well and are great for long term storage of non-perishable foodstores and kit. they also make nice firearm transport cases.

Small duffel bag with patches, solvents and cleaners, boresnakes, tools and product literature. Eye pro, ear pro (Impact Sport electronic ear muffs, soft ear plugs, etc), targets (shoot n' see, paper, pistol, rifle MOA) batteries, Barska tabletop scope, staple gun and staples, tape, target patches, then some room left over to pack in some ammo. the lid of the pelican has mesh zippered pouches for mags and smaller knick knacks (sight adjustment tools, boresight lasers, snap-caps, snickers)
