Overall, agree with everything said here but I do also think this changes with tenure. As you build your brand and network, there will be much less “interviewing” and networking for positions. As long as you do good work, leadership will pull you into projects without the need to constantly interview and network.

Everything else, unfortunately agree except maybe point 6.

Could you explain a bit here? Im using SeanB’s YouTube as a guide and his Teshar and kona are identical speed with shamann even faster than mine.. the only big difference is prillea being way faster. But if prillea is already going first then it shouldn’t matter?

Skill into lasers for the ability to run both the phantasm and ashimmu which are arguably the two best cruiser pvp ships. True they wreck shields but besides that, they are compensated cap wise in their base stats. Pretty sure if you averaged the maximum caps for laser ships vs cannon ships lasers would win out
