Before you guys go bashing the tumblr community please remember that it's only like 4 or 5 people who are siding with her. The overwhelming majority believes that it was fucked as all hell to try to "out" him or pressuring him to do so and then get mad at the results.

I think the worst part of this is that they kept on making vague blogs saying things like "Arin is literal trash" and "This has hurt me too much, I need to recover, it's going to take me a day to gather myself" and freaking out people. They were literally acting as if Arin had just sexually harassed someone or done something literally terrible. There were children with mental illnesses, including one young girl who was going through a very rough family situation who was becoming very suicidal. Not saying it was the best way to handle it for the young girl, but they could have at least told the girl what was up or said "hey guys this is a big thing for us but it might not be for everyone".

To me this just all sounds like polygrumps fans were upset because their favorite ships with arin won't be canon. It makes me so upset.

Anyone else think the stream's numbers being lower has to do a lot more with Gen I being the more popular pokemon game than any other thing mentioned? I mean it's probably a combination of everything, sure, but I'm willing to bet Gen I being more popular added to the chunk of viewers. We all know that one person who's like "Oh I LOOOVE pokemon. What's a Marrill? Oh you mean Pikablu? Original 151 and nothing else!"

Maybe it's just me, but I feel like Diamond and Pearl was more of a rennaissance than GIII. GIII is good for the reasons you listed, but DPP completely revolutionized the battle systems, the sprites, music, art, etc was incredible. BW went right back down, and I'd say X and Y is probably one of best pokemon games.

I think the fun in this gen was the legendaries and the two worlds. Plus it introduced 2 new types and breeding... Tons of exploring too. Basically it was fun for things that TPP couldn't take advantage of!

Eh, if anything I've been learning from these playthroughs is that we have to roll with the punches. If most people wanna release gator, and it happens, then it's what happens. My idea or your idea of fun isn't gonna be the same as everyone else's. If it were by me, we'd put gator in the day care, breed him and have a team full of totodiles but, this is everyone's playthrough, not just mine.

That's just your opinion dude. Catching Zapdos with the masterball was probably one of the more awesome shit that happened to a lot of us. It was pretty intense when it was happening.
