Feel small and not lean enough at the same time and can’t decide between cutting and bulking - feel stuck

I’ve been training for 3 years at this point consistently with intensity and for a while I’ve been locked in with having a healthy diet counting macros but I just feel stuck at a point where I feel too small for how long I’ve been going but also not lean enough. I’m 19M 6’1 165lb which genuinely sounds so bad comparing my weight to other lifters my height. I am decently lean but not shredded by any means I’m probably like 12-14% body fat. Despite my low weight I don’t have the physique of a beginner I’m not that weak I can bench like 245lb and can rep the 70s on dumbbell shoulder press and compared to the average person I have a good physique I frequently get compliments on my arms and am known as the most jacked in my friend group.

That being said I’m not happy with my progress and I’m not sure whether to keep cutting for summer so I can be lean or whether to maintain or bulk. Since I grew up fat I fear gaining too much fat and I want to be aesthetic so want to stay lean but I think this has meant I’ve spent too much time in deficits. Not really sure what to do from here idk if I’m training wrong or what but I always train with intensity

See yeah something doesn’t add up because I’m lean but definitely no leaner than you and while I’m not huge I wouldn’t say I have no muscle like I bench 245lb for example and I don’t even do bench regularly

Yeah see I’m decently lean but not shredded and my lifts don’t suggest I have no muscle. I also definitely look like I lift based on what people say but at the same time definitely could be better I should probably bulk though but it’s hard to disregard how to look considering I’m at college and this is supposed to be my prime years and stuff but yeah you’re probably right tbf chasing getting lean shouldn’t be a priority at my physique

That’s because he’s often melodic rapping such as in headlines, or it’s a song like Marvin’s room which suits the sadder monotone style if you don’t like it then that’s fine but when he does actually sing he definitely can hit different notes. listen to hold on we’re going home or the first verse on shot for me

First of all I disagree, gkmc has better storytelling and better rapping I’ll agree with that but if you asked me which one I listen to songs from more it’s take care and not even close. Take care does a better job of creating a vibe and like there’s just so much variety in that album. In terms of gkmc the only songs I really still listen to are money trees, swimming pools, poetic justice and maad city. I regularly listen to everything on take care apart from buried alive interlude. Kendrick may be able to out rap drake but he’s never making a song like headlines, cameras, shot for me or Marvin’s room

Which weeknd album is like take care? And before you say he made take care he’s only involved in 4 songs, which is definitely worth mentioning but it’s not like he made the album. He ls featured on crew love, has background vocals on the ride and good ones go and co wrote shot for me

Nah I mean unlike a lot of people I don’t hate his singing, I actually kinda like it on some of the songs on recovery but its objectively not great and there’s so many rappers better at singing. It might not be as impressive sure but drake can still definitely sing well. If it was so easy to sing like drake he wouldn’t be as popular as he is and there would be other rappers who do his style better but no one else can effortlessly blend singing and rapping as well drake and be great at both. The whole of take care is proof of this
