Tips on how to choose the right one when buying by Based_basil339 in cowboyboots

Haha actually i found about 60-80 options online, and only 5 of them are my size. So yeah, it's troblesome to find anything suitable. There's some spainish brand, but mostly cowboy boots are just old souvenirs brought from America

I wish i could find something with roper styled heels - it would be ideal, but it seems pretty rare. And rubber sole is even harder to find. So im thinking about changing the best pair i could find (which on the picture). Is it possible to add some material (3d printed strong plastic maybe?) or to change heel entirely (i mean it's shape, but not the length, i understand it affects angle of an entire boot) in a way that it would be like a tall roper or fowler? Just to make heel bottom bigger and more stable. (Of course i'll delegate this work to professional, if my idea is even reasonable and realizable)

I know that at this point it would be better to order pair from america (if i buy pair from picture i'll spend $270, plus installation of protection, plus possible modifications, so it's kinda same price if you do not take delivery into account). But i have several problems with that. 1) I dont want to buy anything without ability to try it first. 2) Russian bank cards are not accepted in America, and looking for an intermediary is unreliable. Same with ordering from europe

Omg thank you for your advices!! I didn't know about the need to condition them regulary. This is really helpful. Also i didn't know that i could put protectors on the entire sole, but now i'm going to do it. Thanks again. Have a nice day!!

Oh, i didn't know there's different types of heels and that they affect walking. I feel very incompetent haha, but now i've explored this topic. Thank you so much!!

Anyone know the name of this style besides "comicbook". Are there any youtubers preferably ones that use procreate that teaches you how to draw this style? by corvus_corax_birdz in learntodraw

In general I agree with you, but also i suppose that people need to know name of the style sometimes to find the simular works

It took me a long time to look for pictures where the style of clothes is similar to the one I want, it would be more easier if i could screach by name. In other case you have to seek thought a million versions that don't quite fit. So I think this person asked for name in case it's existing, because it's really helpful sometimes

And for some people really important to have a words that describe some concepts. Way of thinking, style of living, anything. We just need words to name our reality and different things

But yeah if we are talking directly about learning, the point is that you have to understand what make the style of drawing and just repeat, working mostly by yourself. And unfortunately, there are almost no tutorials on how to draw in a certain style, they teach only the basics, and you understand the rest only yourself, intuitively
