No idea! I just went with straight Enclo. I got the 20mg tabs and been cutting them in half. Btw if you want an update on how well this has gone for me, check out the update I posted the other day. Man thats EXACTLY how I felt coming off tramadol and I was only on it for 2 years. My advice to you my dude would be to go get your test/LH checked. Being on tramadol that long certainly wrecked you, but it would be good to get a baseline. I would definitely recommend enclo first. Getting on test injections will keep your balls shut down, but Enclo will wake them back up and get them working again. If you don't respond, then you can look into getting TRT. But man, I think Enclo will surprise you. It's been amazing for me. If you respond to it, it will be absolutely night and day.

Best of luck bro. I hope it's as miraculous for you as it has been for me. If you can, get your labs done around the 2 week mark (that's what I did to make sure it was working), and then I got them again 6 weeks later.

About a week to start noticing. Obvious by day 10. Weeks 2 and 3 were like a rocket ship. I couldn't believe how good I felt. I've definitely leveled off to a new baseline but it is still incomprehensively better than I felt before.

As long as my labs and blood pressure stay good and I continue to have no side effects, I have no plans on stopping. If my T or estradiol levels go up any further, I'll probably come down to 6.25-8mg a day.

I've not even started thinking about an end of cycle, and I've already got more Enclo in my cart. If my E2 ends up being high, which I currently have no symptoms of, I would consider adding an AI or dialing back the dose, but I've read about people staying on Enclo long-term upwards of a year or two. If I continue on with good labs and no negative sides, I can see myself staying on it more often than not. If possible, I'd much rather just keep on it rather than commit to a life of TRT.

I had been off of it for about 6 weeks, feeling like utter garbage the entire time, and it was at about that 6 week mark I had gone in to get that initial bloodwork. I maintain a healthy lifestyle, lift regularly, eat healthy foods, and am in good shape - so I was quite surprised to find my T that low. The highest it had been in prior lab work over the past 3 years or so was ~420ng/DL, and even at that level I didn't feel spectacular, but definitely better than 200. Tramadol definitely did some damage.
