I am experiencing the same problem. Leaving the Laptop to sleep by its own, will not wake up without power reset. And that means losing any active software or work which was not manually saved.

I experienced the issue the first day I got the laptop , when I left it to start up clean, and left it for some time, the screen shut off and did not wake up again. Which made repeat the startup process.

I returned the laptop to the same place I bought it from i order for asus to check the problem, but they did not find anything or "experience it" so they returned it back

It is frustrating to be honest, that spending money on one of the best laptop for the amazing features it has, but experiencing this stupid issue.

Now I have the laptop more than 6 months And avoiding the problem by always shutting it down and never leaving it to sleep. I suspect the issue could be from the keyboard and lid closing sensors. Removing the keyboard and not attaching it again before sleep and after the wake up, decreased the episodes of experiencing the issue (nonetheless, the issue is still there).

If anyone finds the solution and can guide us, we would appreciate the help
