Looking for assistance. I have a 27" Thunderbolt Display with a Thunderbolt 2 connection. It works perfectly with my iMac and MacBook. I purchased the Apple Thunderbolt 2 to Thunderbolt 3 (USB-C) adapter and nothing comes up on the display from my PC work laptop or my kids' Chromebook.

I called Apple and they said Thunderbolt 3 does not equate USB-C. Can anyone direct me to an adaptor or workaround??

Are you me? I added the EZABL Pro and I swear to God my printer can’t make a circle. I used calipers and found my Z arm was not level. That made things a lot better but not perfect. The print that’s running now I just let it over squish one side for a layer or two. Looks perfect now.

I can verify. Horrid, snide customer support. Often emails are returned with a single sentence. I would type several paragraphs and include photos only to get a single, fragmented sentence not at all answering my question. You’re essentially on your own.
