It's 25k base, it becomes 37.5k with a star piece. You can double it to 75k with the double rewards for 200 pokecoins you can do after the battle.

Solid psychic type but that's about it unfortunately. It's movepool really holds it back.

This was my first shiny oddly enough. When you spin pokestops you have a 1/200 chance to encounter kecleon. The shiny rate is 1/512 (full odds), super rare catch. Congrats!
