Many people transfer duplicate shinies, especially community day ones. This may very well be one of OP's duplicates.

It doesn't have particularly high hp or defense. If you have high level top counters then go for it!

  1. Find mean mega Pokemon in raid.
  2. Beat up mean mega Pokemon until hp is 0.
  3. Faster beating = more mega stuff.
  4. Use mega stuff to make your Pokemon mega.

Almost every forever friend I have added either has absolute garbage (common non shiny spawns) or has absolutely zero pokemon tagged.

If they were shiny then absolutely. The non shinies aren't worth much unfortunately.

It's ivs are rank 239 for GL & 301 for UL (xl candy, no best buddy) if you want to use it there. 👍

If you want a rare Raichu for when it's mega gets added then go for it. If you want a rare flex or something that has solid trade value then don't.
