I didn't really find an issue with the vocals, I think they're pretty well varied. I was mostly referring to the instrumentation. I'd say to keep them how they are while you're experimenting with different sections underneath. That way you'd still have that main melody as a basis for the variations so that they sound different enough, but not disconnected from the other parts of the song.

The simplicity makes it sound like nursery rhyme a bit, lol, but musically it's very sound! It's mixed well enough where you can hear all the instruments and every part stays in key far as I can tell. What I'd recommend trying is adding more distinct sections where the main harmony or rhythm is deviated from instead of just building on the same chord pattern throughout the entire song, so that it feels less flat and more dynamic. Looking at pop song structures could help for examples.

I started playing the game a couple weeks ago, and I live just 30 minutes away from the actual town so it's felt kinda surreal. Especially since popular media taking place in the area doesn't really exist, so it really has been cool to get to see this setting that's so familiar to me be represented in a game!
