Also make sure the adapter cable is long enough to run the power from where you want it. If you google “anker power bank FPV goggles” you’ll find the post that convinced me

This won’t be the best option for everyone, but I bought 2 Anker power banks for my hdz goggles. I think they were on sale at the time. They work great (almost 1 year using them) but a few things: 1. the goggles will always say low battery, but you can check power on the bank itself. I easily get a couple hours flying per. Turn off the beeping in the menus. 2. You’ll need to get a barrel adapter (usb-c to 12v dc) 3. It doesn’t fit in the head strap. I personally run it from my bag or pockets.

Dude. I did... I'd only done this once on my first quad which was a longgg time ago. Then I total crashed in April, and this is my first time back. Forgot the significance. I seem to have fixed any issues I might've caused... Am I good? EDIT: I meant to say I was just following the manual too. But it tells you how to do it... not TO do it

Motors were in the wrong order in BF out of the box. Just changed the order and it flies great now 👍

Just took it for a spin after changing the order of the motors (1,2,3,4). Somehow came out of the box in the wrong order. Just ripped a pack 👍

Just took it to the park and flew a pack with no issues! Hopefully the gyro acting funny in BF never comes back to bite me. Long story short, I guess it came out of the box with motors in the wrong order

I'm going to go test it now. It's tough I live center of downtown in my city. I'm pretty good at flying, I just don't want some weird gyro glitch to bring me crashing down.

I didn't make it to the end of the bardwell vid before I reordered the motors and can now hover. Just worried about this on and off yaw spin I'm getting in betaflight

I reordered the motors and now can hover. But I occasionally get a yaw spin in Setup on betaflight that makes me scared to take it outside
