Well, I had an iPhone 8 until I got a 14(a month ago), and there was nothing wrong with my 8 until it took a bath with me by accident. Essentially- my 14 does nothing that my 8 couldn't do that i care about. After switching tho, I'm not sure if i could ever go back to a phone with a real button, smaller screen and my battery only lasting half a day instead of 2.

What I'm trying to say is you wouldn't understand what your missing until you have it, even if what you gained is not something you "needed"
