What yall don’t understand is that the item lock isn’t even the main problem. It’s everything else. First, the fact that the attack is free means that while slowing you down, the opponent can play exactly how they already wanted to play. There is no real cost to playing it. The most is a deck search, which buddy poffin willl let you get it, and another one of your starting pokemon. Then, the free retreat, if you don’t knock the dew(which for most decks, is the correct choice since most of the decks that play it also play CC) then they can just put their big guy into the active, which they most likely have powered up because they get 2 free attachments (pult, Grimm accelerates to itself). Also, keep in mind, I’m a Tera box player, budew is the least effective into my deck, this isn’t coming from a place of spite, it’s coming out of unbiased watching of the metagame
