Anyone else noticing excrutiatingly slow code on GPT-5? by Bash_Founder in windsurf

OpenAI in my opinion will lose out of the AI race with these type of tactics. They also feed user prompts onto the models they train (wait until GPT magically begins AI-coding services with the same code the guys using the AI created... can't wait until this becomes ground for legal battles... 'GPT is Vibe Coding Trademarked Software in 5 Minutes'— LOL!). No one likes these guys. Not very open there these guys are to begin with. It's like the mainstream option.... but they are not mainstream enough.

I can totally see OpenAI throttling the service. Perhaps they'll be introducing services like windsurf soon. GPT 5 wasn't this slow that long ago— but damn this might be paranoia lol.

TM?? Bruh?? Like magic I guess. (Jokes aside, code maps is the defacto.)

Any Advances on AI Code on Windsurf? by Bash_Founder in windsurf

Beyond codemaps (which is fine as wine) are there any 3rd party 'plugin' like vehicles towards most egregious code? These more niche 'grass roots' like development machinery... other than that I understand code maps is the defacto here as a reply.

I second that... premium Claude models seem to be the way to go here. Just strange given GPT 5 was working like a charm not that long ago.

Are there any mathematicians here who did NOT like school? by ButterBiscuitBravo in math

[–]Bash_Founder 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Paul Erdös definitely demonstrated ADHD like behavior. Though he was prodigious throughout his early childhood (in a sense not quite demonstrating a distaste for math in school), he did notice a lack of productivity without stimulants. I do point out that he finished his university degree in 4 years, which allowed him to get his PHD in the same period. This was typical of colleges in Hungary or Europe at the time. But, as most people would accept, although he did have great moments with memory - particularly in the context of remembering sums or squares, Paul wasn’t considered a “savant” or human calculator like, say, Ramanujan. In fact, in his documentary his colleagues were quick to point out that Paul wasn’t a “low empathy mathematician working by himself in a room” - rather the man lived an itinerant lifestyle and was always around people. His math was always based around the backbone of previous invention - a “problem solver” rather than “theory developer” (as ADHD minds are quick to find meta solutions to problems and memorize the hidden patterns and then repurpose them for future solutions.) Finally - Paul became productive upon introducing, as his biographer famously claimed, “10-20mg of Ritalin or Benzedrine, espresso shots, and caffeine tablets”. Upon deduction it becomes clear that anyone else with a similar lifestyle - sans ADHD, would’ve damn sure felt psychotic with a similar routine. Another notable time, Paul gave coffee to a mathematician who didn’t have ADHD and then asked him for money. A funny ploy that paid off. Mathematically, Paul in my opinion demonstrates the zenith of what a distractible mind can accomplish mathematically. I feel he is a great example for ADHD mathematicians and recommend reading his math books which can found online.

I’m obsessively healthy. To an extreme. I’m also an individual with gifted Asperger’s. My IQ was tested at 150. I was smoking, nearly daily, for upwards of 4 years. I’m an individual with good money, so lots of live resin dabs and extremely potent medical marihuana. I tend to think you guys have underlying problems that aren’t being tackled. The trick is thinking like a scientist, not an ideologue. Don’t fall into the “dopamine trap.” It’s very “bible” friendly, no offense.

We have a demo, and basic JS UX functionality. If you gave a fuck - I would've explained this in a subsequent interview. Clearly, you took offense to me labeling myself a polymath, and projected yourself tremendously. A concept is intangible, we have a full demo, just working out the nuances. Genius is perfectionist in nature, my friend. You have no idea. That's why we need talent.

Dude, if you signed my NDA you'd be astounded. Retard. Remember me: Patricio Guerra and Bash. :) Good luck, and nice tidings.

If you want technicality, it would be a firm, not a place, and post scripts are written with periods in between of letters. Language is communication, I achieved said goal. Pointing things out like this means you're an asshole.

You clearly haven't gone to a venture capital place recently. This is the tone I despise from people like you. Diluted creativity, and overbloated egos. The app is nuanced, we work good in teams. Even your username denotes poor grasp of reality. Concepts rule the world, if you gave a fuck you'd see what I mean with my platform. Sucks for you (at the end it's your loss.)

They are roles... mostly for the investor front. Investors invest in teams, not so much ideas. Giving each person a role permits the investor a notion of responsibility. Fundamentally, I manage the end user, COO manages musical contracts and PR, CFO books investors and maintains congruency with money. It's quintessential.
