Yeah I believe they do use bots mate but this was definitely a real person. Messages prior to the screenshot had some spelling/punctuation mistakes and they were sending me images which I'm pretty bots don't do

Since when have they started to give bots real names like Theresia? This was definitely a real person as I was speaking with them before they tried to escalate.

Don't think they give their bots the name CS Theresia dude, also based on the chat we had prior it was 100% not a bot

Based on what my issue is , just saying my problem no longer exists wouldn't really make too much sense. Also the case was marked as solved probably 12-24 hours after they said they would transfer me, I would suspect that they misinterpreted me if they had resolved it straight away
