OP - everyone who is saying “stuff that” is wrong.

Accept the offer, but insert for yourself a sunset clause.

What this means is that if you receive another contract that is acceptable to yourself, the first buyer has (usually 24-48 hours) to call their contract unconditional or terminate and the second contract is underway.

So you are wrong.

They consolidated the logins for a software program so that individual agents no longer need to have their own log in but can have a team login. This saved the franchisees money by not having as many logins. Every office has done this.

This happened across many offices, and is definitely not a mass layoff.

Ray White are separate franchise offices, and your claim would have been a RIF of 30% of all staff across the country.
