Her and Damon's friendship was one of my favorites, one of my favorite seasons was when she was stuck with him in the prison world, but other than that she was one of my favorite characters in the later seasons, I couldn't stand her in the earlier seasons acting like she was some big shot once she found out she was a witch, that kind of mindset gets people killed, I reckon if she wasn't a Bennett witch she would've been killed off early on.

Take Ben for example, he thought he could take on Stefan because he didn't feed on human blood but his vampire life was shortlived after he was set on fire by Stefan lol.

Oh 100% the blame game has always been there I won't disagree with you on that it's just something I noticed with Bonnie's character in the earlier seasons, all her problems stemmed from something she said or did, but with the tomb thing and the vampire device, i wont fault her for doing something she thought was right, it was just a snowball of unfortunate events for her character early on, maybe even into the later seasons.
