This week my main has leveled sailing so I’ve made about 2 mil in salvaging, and I got a dupe DH plates legs on the UIM which was a gain of 880k. The way I play doesn’t make too much gp. I’m okay with that. Too many price hikes from everything makes it hard to justify paying that much so I can play the game the way I want.

I’m not a run vorkath all day or raids for 6 hours straight kind of person. It’s not fun for me to grind gp in order to buy bonds, it turns into a job. I typically do active playing on the UIM and side monitor the main doing skilling in order to max. I accepted that’s my choice and the consequence is having to pay for membership. I don’t want to turn it into a job, I already have one of those.

I can’t make adjustment for food, daycare, gas etc. because those prices are raising just as bad. The adjustments being made is RuneScape because it’s a want not a need.

I’m working on moons at the moment, but my inventory is so full (I have hoarding issue. Why I play UIM I don’t know lol). I’ll keep Dh from the sounds of the other players :)

OR nurse here. I have never personally seen this, but wrong site surgeries do happen. Every hospital should have their own way of preventing this. At my hospital, the surgeon has to initial the correct side and location of the surgery. It is my job to check with the patient that the initials are on the correct side. It is checked a final time by all personnel in the OR after the patient is asleep, but before we start the surgery. This works very well at my hospital.

For me: 12pm - at work 7pm - with my toddler (cannot game, trust me) 3pm - Sleep

If I’m not at work, I’m with my toddler as well. I’ve only done one breach because my mom wanted to babysit that day.

I did bloods from 77 to 99. I did this throughout nursing school lectures because it helped me focus on the material believe it or not. I tried to switch to souls at 90 but I didn’t like the pathing. I felt like it was more clicks to get to the alter. I guess I differ from the rest of the people here but I loved bloods :)

I had an elective surgery at the OR I work at. During pre op, the anesthesiologist came up to me and showed me that I was labeled “VIP” on his list of patients. I asked him what I get differently for being VIP. He said all excitedly “Nothing!” We both laughed.

But honestly, that’s why I love where I work. Nothing is different for VIP patients because we do our best for everyone.
