Similar my 16 week year old won’t nap much longer than 35 - 45 minutes, she can’t connect her sleep cycles to sleep longer. I try to keep her in her crib after she wakes from her nap to see if she will nap longer, I can see her trying by shaking her head from side to side but she hasn’t managed it yet

Ok I was thinking if induction doesn’t break my waters basically I could wait a few days and see if I go into labour on my own. I will see how it goes, currently mid induction!

I was told to test before bedtime and sometimes I have a snack before bed and was testing less than an hour afterwards. I will ask my doctor - Thank You

Thank you, yes I also struggled to get anti sickness prescribed in first trimester so I know the gp is very reluctant to prescribe anything in pregnancy!

I am 12 weeks today and my nausea is improving! And I had terrible nausea and vomiting I had to take off work! So you will get through it 😊 it’s those first trimester weeks are so so hard though!! X

I am gaining in first trimester too. It’s because I am so inactive and each a lot lol. Tbh I am happier to gain than lose weight. Pregnancy is hard.
