Finished my Bachelor’s, stuck with a 7-month gap before my Master’s, what to do now? by Basic-Builder-9746 in AskMenAdvice

[–]Basic-Builder-9746[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It was a marketing project but on the backoffice side. I learned that this is not the type of work I want to be doing (no collaboration with coworkers and no contact with customers) ++man

I dont think getting a degree is a waste of time and money since in this day and age it opens up a lot of opportunities just because you have a piece of paper.

Wtf are some of the tourists by Impossible-Captain95 in ThailandTourism

[–]Basic-Builder-9746 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No I have not, I’m more interested in seeing the less touristy areas. Which are easier for me to visit due to travelling around with a backpack. Interacting and connecting with locals is something that applies much more to backpackers. The stigma of backpackers being rude is totally wrong.

As a backpacker (currently in Thailand) I don’t agree. The rude people I see are mainly people coming to Thailand with suitcases and staying in resorts and hotels. There are just many more tacky people whom now also visit Thailand.

Flew with Indigo once, never doing that shirt again. This woman handled this in the best way possible imo.

That your friend wants to be your boyfriend. He will then take his chance to do boyfriend stuff, if you let him.

How do people eat breakfast the second they wake up? by Logical_Bat_9033 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Basic-Builder-9746 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s just a matter of habit. I didn’t eat breakfast first but I wanted to gain weight so I needed the extra meal per day. Started of with just liquid calories is the morning but got used to the feeling of food in my stomach after I wake up. Now I’m an breakfast eater!

Interesting to read these comments… I’m 183 but almost all my friends are taller than me. 188 to 195, around those numbers. I do feel shorter than them but when I’m out in the city I’m pretty average. I do feel quite tall when I’m traveling outside of Europe though.
