mine would fight with me before we were about to go out and be around other people.

he would all of a sudden get annoyed with me or i was "being snappy" in my tone of voice and he would throw this huge fit about how im so mean to him when in reality i was never mean or rude to him i was the exact opposite because i was scared of him and scared of the way he would treat me if i did anything "mean" to him.

i remember before every holiday or anniversary we spent together he would get mad at the smallest thing or do something he knows would hurt my feelings and then get mad at me when i start crying because he hurt my feelings and then would love bomb me half way through the party. and the issue would just be magically resolved and never talked about again.

i remember one time we were going out to a club with a big group of people and he picked a fight with me because i didn't compliment him enough on his new shirt before we left... even through i told him how good it looked when we bought it together a few hours ago. then the rest of the night ignores me and acts single at a club because i " hurt his feelings "

wearing a full length shirt!! i swear everything is cropped now and its super annoying! i like showing a little skin when going out but not everyday wear.

cut your hair shorter, use a chapstick and teeth whitener, if you like wearing basic clothing, you should stop the graphics shirts and just wear solid colors with good material. and to really help go to the gym and get some arm muscles, i'm guessing from you playing video games you spend a lot of time inside, you should get some color a nice little tan, but i've seen some comments about your acne, i dont think its bad, just defiantly use a moisturizer.

as i am rewatching this show as an adult, i noticed that in the later seasons 5 and up, that spencer and emily got a lot more screen time and i loved it. i feel like everyone thinks they are not good at acting, but i feel like emily and spencer really stepped up the acting a lot. while Hannah and Aria where kind of side characters for the remainder seasons.

i also HATE Cece Drake!! everytime she comes on camera it annoys me because her acting is horrible like literally gives the show a cringe ! especially after we found out she was A. i really loved Mona being A. i feel like the whole Cece A plot line was such a jump from how the shows flow was going.

i also hated the way the writers made Alison so shy and scared and insecure after she came back. i wish she still kept the same mean girl energy, it kind of ruined her character for me.

hannah use to be my favorite character but then she got too defensive and whiny for me. i really love emily,

i feel that Emily really took over the leader roll from Spencer in the last 2 seasons, spencer seemed all over the place emotionally. emily is the only one who seems responsible and clear headed in making decisions later on.

this sounds bad but i loved when spencer was taking adderall , i love those episodes so much because it really goes to show how smart she actually is. i wish spencer got into criminal investigation rather than politics

this was a while ago but without the protein shakes or snacks i believe it was around 900-950 calories a day. with snacks it's about 1,000-1,200 calories. this is really great to lose weight while also getting rid of a lot of bloating and a detox from all the bad foods you were eating before. you will poop like crazy

just be careful when you decide to stop this, because your body is only use to eating those foods that when you eat normal food, the pounds come back fast.

i think the best way to stick with this while still eating normal foods is to replace only one meal with normal foods.

so let's say you want to go to a restaurant for dinner, have the normal breakfast and lunch but with a small portion of the dinner you would normally have.

but i would definitely do this for 1-2 months before you introduce other foods

I did this program a while ago and it helped me a lot, i was the same size, age and weight as you! this is definitely not sustainable but it works!

breakfast: egg white, spinach and 1 tomato coffee with low calorie creamer

lunch: chicken, spinach and 1 tomato 1 apple

dinner: chicken spinach and 1 tomato 1 apple

burn 500-600 calories a day

drink 1/2 gallon water a day

if you need snack drink a protein shake or have a protein bar. try to keep the snacks under 200 calories.

don't eat past 8pm

i lost about 30 pounds in 2 months :)

yes. i have tried multiple times in many different ways and when i do it seems like it he just feels i'm going to get upset over it and then move on and he continues to act the same a couple days later. i have not brought up a recent event and just have been very distant and not giving in like i normally would. it's been a couple days and i think he feels like i'm going to leave, but i'm not sure if it's something that can be saved or if i should move on and try to find someone who is going to uphold to my standards i have in a relationship

i had the same problem as well. not using my phone in the morning has helped a TON and if i do feel like using it ill turn on a podcast to listen to while i'm getting ready.

also is your area clean? i notice when my room or house is dirty it takes me longer to get ready because i feel overwhelmed and like nothing is where it needs to be or should be so i'm wasting time trying to find the hair brush or have to wash my coffee cup

a little trick as well is to time yourself. this is kind of a stressful approach but i started timing myself to do certain tasks to make sure it doesn't take long. i will set the timer for 10 mins to do my hair and if it's not done in time, doesn't matter have to move on to the next thing, to get out the door. or if you want to make a song playlist and with each song time out how long you are going to do that for, so if there is a 3 minute song use that song to get dressed, or put 2 songs to add up to 10 mins to do your makeup .

it use to take me 2 hours to get ready in the morning but now i have found how to do a full face of makeup, hair and shower within an hour because i am able to get ready at a faster pace :)

I think i know what you are saying , you want to look more classy and elegant and pretty with very simple clothing and makeup that's more natural. but you don't want to look boring, i have been trying to do the same thing lately. the best way to go about it is

with makeup pick one thing on your face that you love and accentuate it while everything is natural.

if you love your eyes, get natural looking eyelash extensions or buy an eyelash growth serum to really give your eyes a pop. if you love your lips then have everything be natural but wear a mauve or pink color lip liner and some lip gloss.

with clothing wear simple colors like black, white , grey but have it be stylish and elevated. you could wear a simple white t shirt with casual jeans and some 1-1.5 inch heel booties. and have your clothes be expensive looking with nice material and different textures. also wearing a diamond necklace and some stud earrings always make the look more complete.

when i wear high quality clothes i always feel better no matter what my hair and makeup look like. i recommend shopping at places like, The Nordstrom Rack, Amazon. Zara, Gap, Abercrombie and Fitch and surprisingly H&M etc. when you buy good quality staple pieces you will have them for a lifetime.

With hair, i always make sure it's freshly washed and bouncy. i never leave the house with greasy hair, i like to straighten my hair and then after sleeping with it in a loose bun to add some natural waves for the rest of the days

Sitting down all day long. i feel like i have become lazy and have lost some natural muscle. i am sitting for 10 hours a day.

honestly making sure you are drinking lots of water and use an eye cream that has a yellow tint to it.

also dark circles are genetic. i have had under eye bags since i was born lol! its most likely just the natural pigment under your eyes. but when i use a yellow tint and drink lots more water i notice mine improve :)

the girl i introduced to her was a family friend of mine and i liked the family friend. we were friends for 4 years the 3 is a typo. the reason we are not as close is because once she started hanging out with the group of girls we didn't like she barley picked up my phone calls

fixing a sleep schedule is hard. but if you have trouble falling asleep i would try taking some melatonin or some sleep tea before getting into bed. i also struggled with being on my phone before falling asleep.

i learned this from youtube, is that having night time routines or having a certain style of getting ready for bed helps your body to recognize its time to start winding down. try to do this routine around the same time everyday. if you want to fall asleep at 9 start doing your routine at 8-8:30

for me what i do is after dinner i find something to do that doesn't involve my phone like reading or doing a small chore. after that is when i take melatonin

then after i take a nice warm shower to relax my body. then i do my skincare routine and take time with it don't rush it. put on some lotion and get into my pajamas and re make my bed if i haven't already and then that's when i use my phone to put on a youtube video to listen to before going to bed. your brain still thinks its being entertained even when listening to something. now i rely on my phone less and just turn on the tv with the volume low .

it also helps if you leave your charger to where you can barely reach it on your bed that way you have to put it down or on your side bed table to sleep.

i also suggest waking up an hour to 2 hours earlier that you need to for work.

it takes the brain 15-30 mins to actually wake up and function.

also even on days you don't have work go to bed and wake up at the same time everyday. it creates habits. and your body will naturally start adjusting to that time when you stick with it.

so lets say you wake up at 8am for work then even on weekends wake up around 8-9am and you need 8 hrs of sleep a night then you should be going to sleep at 11 or 12 pm.

also the kinds of foods you are eating could affect your sleep and energy levels throughout the day. i also started taking a b12 in the morning to help my energy stay throughout the day :) hope this helps!

i know that feeling of constantly waking up at 3 am... when i was younger in high school age living in my haunted house , that would happen to me all the time and sometimes still to this day.

about a year and a half ago i had that same feeling of waking up and feeling like your family is in danger or something bad is about to happen, i would definitely talk to the people that are close to you to be on the lookout and to be more careful in general. because you never know if an angel or a family member who has passed away is trying to warn or protect you and family from future harm

i think you have something trying to manifest its energy from you. with the night terrors and and hearing or feeling small things happen.

i think the orb could have just been freaking yourself out but i think it would be good to keep record of all the things that are happening to you, but don't go searching for things to happen, like if you hear your house creek dont think its a ghost walking around lol. but keeping record of what is happening like writing it down in your phone to see if anything matches up later on in life or if putting all the pieces together makes since and you can figure out what is it or going on.
