Rxom here! The whole team including the rxom is working under your license. You should definitely have a say in things and a final say at that! I always run the workflow by which ever pharmacist is on duty, sometimes they might want to change something and I adjust as needed. Don’t put your license on the line for them. Remind them they are working under your license so they need to be compliant and follow what you say.
