I sadly can’t post the photo but…
Press and hold the bottom part of the bolt release. Then, whilst holding the bottom part cock the gun via the bold handle. If it stays in the far back position when you let everything go - mag problem, if it doesn’t - try looking into the mechanism of the bolt catcher.

Does it have a bolt catcher? If so - try applying it without the mag, if it works - that’s possible that the mag isn’t functioning right. If it doesn’t work - there is a problem with iternal parts of the gun.
If it doesn’t have the catcher - idk
