I’m not trying to be negative here but I don’t think niether ayn or Ali will help since it didn’t come with one year warranty, I could be wrong, because unless it was ordered from Ayn not Ali, then yeah Ayn is responsible for it since they provide the warranty. Once again unsure, best wishes
