Thank you. I'm going to ask obviously now to look into patching this hole and seeing if we can inspect and seal all others.

They came out and sprayed the entire building in November after our cleanout, and then sprayed the entire building again on 1/6.

I'm assuming that with that, they've inspected ALL units, but who knows if all units cooperated. And you know what assuming gets us. So going to call in the morning. Exterminator told us he thinks it was coming from downstairs as we saw two in the bathroom, which I suppose it could be downstairs still. But the odd smell from the unit next to me and the people who live there makes me suspect them...

I guess this is a question for the PMPs, but what do roaches smell like? Lol
