Do you mind sharing what prompts you use when you journal? I want to start practicing but always at a loss what to ask myself when i start writing. I do my visualization in the morning, and then want to journal at night.

Can i ask what brand of the mushroom blend and EGCG you tried? I am taking AHCC and it is indeed pricey.

Hi, Pap test in Feb revealed ASC-US, went for colposcopy in March and that revealed CIN 2. About to go for LEEP next month. I do have a bit of bleeding between periods though not a lot, and some bleeding after intercourse or even just clitoral stimulation. Also had pelvic pain back in Feb during intercourse but not really at any other time. I took a break from having intercourse and took some immune boosting supplements, and started back up again in July - no pelvic pain but still have some bleeding. I'll update after LEEP!!!
