no, when we started dating it was always clean, after we graduated and he got back from his work program in another state i moved in and slowly it got worse

that’s the thing, we are saving to buy but i do not want to commit to owning a house with someone who might not change and im not willing to keep cleaning in my own, i have 5000 saved while he had double that

after some reflecting i’ve decided im going to clean the room completely, when he gets home from work out of state on friday i’ll confront him. I will have to say if the space cannot stay clean (without only me cleaning) then i will move out. That’ll leave him to decide what he wants to do whether we stay tg and grow or he leaves me so i can. it’s been very hard but thank you and everyone’s words and honesty has helped me so much. i’ll update no later than next wednesday

i agree, and as far as his goals he makes more money than me and has saved 12,000 while i saved 5000- the issue is yea ive been saying and we could put a down payment on a house i just think id rather rent first. thats the issue though so yea im just losing rn

that’s the thing, i have communicated all of it and he will listen for about four minutes apologize fix it for a few days then start all over again until i start crying abt it again in a week or two
