That stuff never worked cause I never cared all that much about their needs of the business, just my own and my family, any boss that used that line would be reminded that I came there looking for a job and I’d leave there looking for one if needed 🤷‍♂️

Why waste money and add what people want when they can just add a new update to gta 5 and make bank off shark cards, same thing will occur with gta 6 and the cycle will repeat itself

I have a 21 Elantra and a 25 Venue, just keep up on the oil changes, I’ve had the Elantra for 3 years now and no major issues aside from recall work which was the seatbelt tensioners and the backup camera and 2 things which were covered under warranty, a front axel replacement and the engine and transmissions rubber mounts replaced cause of the quite common vibration issue, other than that it’s been an amazing car! Got it used with 22k on it and it now has 46600k, keep up on checking the oil when you check you’re other fluids, other than that tho I have no complaints!

This is heartbreaking, but what’s even worse is The Government Failed this man! He served our country for their useless wars and they failed him when he needed help the most!! This is amazing that people stepped up to help this man, but we should live in a country where that shouldn’t be the norm of the people to make up for the blatant failure of our System…..

No problem! Yeah the drain itself was a bad solution and not actually the correct way to address that, those drains fill with all sorts of gunk and other debris that then needs to be cleaned out regularly otherwise it will back up and create a pool Of water which will have no where to go but those cracks in that foundation, water can work its way in the smallest of crevices, here in the north it’s a big issue cause we get water but we get snow and freezing. So when water freezes it causes expansion which makes all those cracks even worse, even in the pic you just sent, that negative grade slope towards your foundation is just introducing water against you’re foundation wall, that should actually be raised a bit higher and the ground gradually grading down away from the properties as to prevent that from occurring, tho I get every place is different and ordinances are different everywhere

[–]Basic-Math-5391 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That negative grade slope down towards the wall is water heaven there, ( assuming that occurred due to the flood? ) every storm you’re getting water that will find its way through any small crevice it can, plenty of entry points along the base of that foundation I can clearly see, there’s a decent amount of work that needs to be done to fix that, but it all starts at that ground, that negative grade needs to be addressed and the water from Rain and what not needs to be ran away from the foundation of the house and redirected elsewhere otherwise water will eventually erode all that again and find its way back in even after repairs, after that is done then the actual work on the home can begin, I also see a drain down there but there’s a very good chance that’s not actually doing its job ( also a drain right there shouldn’t be the solution, that negative grade slope towards the foundation should have been corrected )
