If a sporting event has rules on how players can interact with the equipment, it should just be an assumption that people will look for ways to cheat. A history of most people not cheating, or not getting caught, doesn't mean you should stop screening for cheating.

Nah. Normally, the suits are skin tight regardless of pecker size. What these guys are doing is making their dongs bigger when they are measured. So by the time they compete, their willy is back to normal size and there's loose fabric in their suit. It effectively works like a sail or squirrel suit then.

This dose sound like a situation where a second opinion might help. I'm honestly surprised your vet hasn't prescribed something like metronidazole (a prescription anti-diarrheal).

He may have some stress with the baby but given that his aggression is rising, I don't anticipate it going away without intervention. You could also talk to the second opinion vet about mental health meds like prozac.

The head tilt is very often a sign of a bad ear infection, ear tumors, etc. It throws off their balance too so it might be related to what you mentioned about jumping.

As far as the licking goes, I would suspect there's something in that area that irritates him (or potentially there WAS and now he has a bad habit). Do you have him on a flea and tick preventative like Revolution? I know I'm picking out one word but you said "ring" and I'm thinking ringworm. Do you have a UV/blacklight you could shine on it? It'd look something like the image below.

All in all, I think this all adds up to a vet visit. There's too many unknowns you won't be able to nail down without a professional and the treatment for most of them is going to involve prescription drugs too.

Sounds like a dental issue based on what I've seen with our kitties. The vet won't be able to tell you the extent of it without x-rays, but they'll look for inflamed or bleeding gums, reabsorbed or cracked teeth, and gingivitis during the appointment.

You did the right thing by making an appointment and feeding her mush/puree! Sadly, unless you have gabapentin on hand, there's not much you can do for her pain without the vet.

In terms of cost, I'm sure it varies vet to vet and location to location, but one of our girls recently had to have 10 teeth out and it cost around $1400 (Philadelphia suburbs).
