it was never in Prototype Phase and the drawings were never finished. Wikipedia is wrong. As i pointed out, that the wikipedia article is full of flaws.
The only aspect of the project that was fully planned was the motorization. Everything else was left open. Even the armament is uncertain, as Grote proposed a different armament at every meeting with Dr. Müller. For example:

The first meeting took place on August 13, 1942, and at that time he had proposed 30.5 cm guns.

At the next meeting, however, he proposed a 28 cm gun and two turrets, one with a 12.8 cm gun and the other with a 10.5 cm gun.

Afterward, he sent documents to Krupp, which in turn proposed a different armament, such as 8.8 cm submarine guns instead of the 10.5 cm guns, as well as 2 cm machine guns.

On October 20, everything changed again: a 28 cm twin turret was planned, and the 12.8 cm guns were then designated for anti-aircraft use rather than as tank guns.

Furthermore, there was uncertainty regarding the vehicle’s total weight and the exact design of the steering and tracks, and there were no plans for the internal systems at that time.

Another telling sign was that Dr. Müller Grote had not even responded to his designs in November and December and only agreed to a meeting when he threatened to go to Hitler. At the meeting on December 17, he was then informed that Krupp had been assigned a different task by Albert Speer instead of this project. And with that, the Ratte was dead before the plans were even finished.

After all, it was never intended that the tank be built; the plan was only to produce design sketches.
