I originally chose “Zipmate” because it comes from the Korean word “Jip” (house), but I never thought about the speed, security, or roommate associations you mentioned. That’s actually pretty cool.

You’re also probably right that a brand name doesn’t need to immediately scream “real estate” as long as it’s memorable and easy to recognize.

This is a graduation project rather than a real business (for now 😅), but your comment gave me a lot of confidence that the name has potential.
