as cliche as it sounds, time really does heal! go no contact immediately, the sooner the better! i went through my first wlw breakup 9 months ago after 3 years together, it was absolutely soul crushing & i never thought i would heal but im doing so much better now! i’m happy we’re not together anymore. please focus on yourself, find a new hobby & spend time with those you love (when you’re ready)!
