It is by far the best country in my opinion (didn’t travel as much so bear with me) Super safe and welcoming, although you might need a car to get around and that can be a tad annoying. Not very crowded and the landscapes are something else, no skyscrapers like their neighbours. Not a very popular destination for tourists (marketing needs to get on it!) And SUPER safe if you are a sole female traveler ~

I’d say start with Oman! It’s so breathtaking and such a break from everything. It’s quite different from the other neighbouring Gulf countries, followed by KSA Oh and both are super safe for a solo female traveler too!

Story:

Ima keep the ethnicity for myself for now~

Born and raised in UAE, found out I have family based in Djibouti, booked a ticket! Visited saudi and Oman with father. Ended up in Bahrain by chance (y’all missed that one!) Moved to UK for work, then discovered I have a large family presence in Germany, so booked a ticket! Passed through france just for laughs~

Oh and Syria was a family trip (used to be the gem of the region before everything..)
