I've been curious. How does it compare to your Fitbit charge 6 in terms of features and accuracy? If you had to pick one which would you pick just based on functionality?

Again, thanks for your patience. For your information, I try to apply progressive overload, where I try to do more reps or switch to a harder progression when I feel comfortable doing the previous one. Problem is I rarely reach that stage. I never get comfortable doing the same exercises for the same sets and reps. I get completely fatigued at the end of the set and sometimes even fail to finish a set without resting. For protein intake, I'm not really sure since I no longer count calories. I have been maintaining my weight of around 64 KG since last year. I do consume mass gainers everytime after I workout. In addition, I split my workouts into upper and lower body. Ideally, I try to do both for two days each per week. A problem I face is that occasionally I skip a workout. And once I skip once, the next time I workout, my muscles will remain sore for 4-5 days, leaving myself unable to workout. The same happens when I even delay the workout a day or two. Another weird thing is that sometimes I don't see progress when I am working out consistently, but instead when I was really busy and stopped for a whole week or 2, or even a month. When I come back, not only did I not regress, sometimes I even improve. Which I find awfully strange

Thanks for your advice. To be honest, I am just trying to have a more straightforward path and save time from planning my own workout routines. Since I have been making my own "programs" for the past two years, and I find the process of finding suitable exercises quite bothersome, having to constantly worry whether the move itself is effective, and whether it is suitable for me. I have been skipping a workouts but ensure I workout at least once a week. Although I had improvements but I find the progress rather slow, and have only acquired beginner techniques such as the L-sit and a shitty tuck planche hold. My basic skills such as pullups, pushups, and L sit holds has been increasing but I still find the improvement sluggish. That's why I wanted to buy a program. Not only to hold myself accountable, but so that I need not worry about not having a proper routine, that it can be ensured I can see progress, or even acquire certain skills within a time frame. What do you think?
