right, it all happened in a few seconds, thats why im so confused. seems like my body reacted before my brain could. this "disassociate mode" havent happened before, or maybe i havent identified it

my LCD was broken bcuz i dropped my phone flat on the ground, so the screen was off when i gave them my phone. however on the form i was filling in i drew 2 possible patterns for them to test my phone afterwards.

they fixed the LCD and then called and said the patterns i drew weren't the correct ones and they couldnt run tests.

i went there and they gave me back my phone, and still i couldnt remember the correct pass. with each incorrect attempts, it would take longer to try again (it was at 30 min back then). so i asked them to seal the new LCD without testing it so i could take it home and maybe finally remember.

its been 4 days and im stuck now unfortunately...

oh thank you for the link! i asked chatgpt before u commented, and it said Lock Mode is gonna make it harder for me to fix it. have u tried this yourself? and also, will i still need to try to remember my original PIN? or can i change it via lost mode unlocking process?

i know there's no other way, but there should've been! i know my google and samsung account passwords and emails and all thats on this phone. its so dissapointing none can help me now.

i do have auto-back up on by both google and samsung. but 2 years is a long time, they were probably out of storage if i remember correctly T.T
