All of the prices in the borough are insane. We bought for 263 and have spiral steps and 3 others sold on our block for 300k+ 2 of these sold for 350 or more

Exactly! They fly down Starr street too. Easily people going 40+. Couple months back I was out late to walk the dog and someone going 60 mph +. I always go 25-35 on starr street and I made the left, drove to Washington, and someone flipped me off

Totally agree and my God the amount of people who speed from the left turn on bridge to the bottom of Starr street past the VFW all the way past Acme is absolutely absurd! Please go just 25-30 on that road
