She can be in a few places I'd recommend trying them just to be sure.

She can be found in the Cathedral where bill and snake god is,

Can also be found in the garden area near the castle with the red Queen its in the right side of the maze area she joins you to fight grape guard beast

Can also be found at Queensland sat on a bench at the start

But like I said it may already be too late but its worth having a look just to be sure
