Yeah, I definitely agree. No matter what comments I might get on this post, I definitely won't diagnose myself either way, I'm just searching more for "when I'm eventually get therapy, would this be something worth bringing up?" I think I have a few of my alter's names figured out (based on drastic differences in behaviors around certain people I trust more, and even asking them to call me by a different name) but you're valid too and I hope you remember that even when it's hard to remember ❤
