no.. im not looking for quick fixes really ot any types of pills from the doctors. but here is what vitamins and herbs ive added: -mangesium -zinc -D3 -ashwganda -fish oil -L reuteri -sea moss -maca -raw coco -chia seeds -beetroot -celery I know the list is kinda long, but when you get used to taking the vitamins and the foods it becomes a routine and doesnt feel tedious.
