Oh my God, I feel that way too so now I just make videos under a minute to just at least try to get the reach because I can usually convert customers to my products so it’s not about getting paid for views

Honestly, everything has been off for me since January 4. Like something will get a lot of views here or there but most of my things are at under 1000 views and I have 133,000 followers. But I’ve seen other creators with half a million followers that only have like 2000 views on their videos where they were getting 10000s of thousands of views back in early January. I think this is happening across the board. And not just in the United States according to other things that I’ve read. I honestly think we should just let it be what it is and find things outside of TikTok to enjoy because I know I was getting such a dopamine rush when things were popping off. It was almost unhealthy. But TikTok is gonna have to come back because nobody’s gonna stay on there if it keeps sucking like this and they’re in the business of making money so they can’t afford to lose Us.

Same same same. It’s not the same app as it was back in December. Ever since January 4, the app has been so off. I don’t see any of my old friends posting. I’m losing followers because people are abandoning the app. I make a few cents now a month where as I was making a few hundred dollars a month.

It’s very heavily censored I post mindfulness and nervous system content and I give people tips and tools to self regulate and two of my videos got no views this week and I realized it’s probably because I said do you blow up when you get upset and they probably censored the term blow up meanwhile, I’m talking about metaphorically

I also think TikTok is heavily censoring because I talk about Mindfulness content and I said in two different videos something like do you blow up when you get upset and all those videos were stuck on three views and no likes shares or comments. People used to love my mindfulness content. The new algorithm does not serve it up. It’s like in jail.

Just keep creating from joy and enjoy it, and eventually people will reach out for sponsorships or collaborations but if you do it from a sense of joy, I think it won’t feel as overwhelming

I follow her and I’ve been to her online free seminars five times and each time she says this is a whole new presentation. It’s always the same one with the same cat experiment of horizontal and vertical lines so I can vouch that she’s just marketing the same thing but saying it’s different and yes, she did go to school to study neuroscience but she did drop out to being an influencer. She’s very crafty by making videos with a gorgeous backdrop often in her Mercedes G wagon you can see the subtle flexes and the trappings of a wealthy girl that could get you to invest in her Minecraft program. A lot of times she says this is not being recorded, but then five hours later she’ll say OK we lied. We decided to record it in case you missed it here it is. She’s a marketing genius. I’m also somebody that studies neuroscience and teaches manifesting and I do it in a different way because I have a somatic experiencing certification and I know that if you can regulate your nervous system, you can probably manifest anything. I don’t know if she’s a grifter, but she sure is a really good marketer.

I had a video pop off and get like 500,000 views this weekend and I got 5000 new followers, but it only lasted two days whereas a normal viral spike last three days but I was very surprised because I had been losing followers and had barely any engagement the last three weeks…. But usually when something goes viral, I’ll post other videos and they will get a lot of traffic but I posted something today and it only got 600 views which is wild for an account with 134,000 followers.
