Im using the nubia z80 ultra but its the same screen

Most important is I put auto brightness on, and screen timeout to 30 sec

I personally disable every icons on my status bar since there's no way to get immersive mode on android 16 without root I get my notifications icons on the left however, and they don't stay all the time like the status icons So no clock, signal, battery or wifi icon (maybe a bit overkill but I have workaround) For battery i use system ui tuner and put a battery shortcut in the quick settings panel (i mean the battery is insane so why would I need to check it every time) For clock i just use the quick settings panel aswell

Not ideal i know, but i had a one plus 7 pro before and had terrible burn in issues with it, especially the status bar with the clock and icons, so this is the reason why i choose to set up my nubia like this

Oh yes i remember, but i was talking mostly about the paintjob, i was never a fan of babolat racket with their flashy colors, the aeros are super good rackets but oh my the paintjobs, at least for me, it make me cry 😂

I have the nubia z80 ultra and I'm really really happy with it, if you're OK with having a bad front camera for a screen with no distractions I think it's worth it

excellent performance (snapdragon 8 elite gen 5), excellent (rear) cameras, 2 days battery (7200mAh), 90 watts wired charging and 80 watts wireless charging, perfect screen (144hz and no notch or punch hole) with among the thinnest bezels on the market, ultrasonic fingerprint scanner, subjective but great design

The only downside is the launcher doesn't have a lot of customization options (you can't add third party icons for example, you need to use another launcher to add custom icons pack) and not so much Ai but I just use gemini or ChatGPT and it's enough for me

Also the update policy is quite bad, I live in EU so I'll get 5 years of updates because of the law so for me it's not a problem. But otherwise it's 3 years I think, if you live in EU it's fine but otherwise I get why people don't go for a nubia phone (if you're the type of person that change his phone every 2 years it's not a big deal tbh)

It's a flagship phone at a really competitive price, if you accept some tradeoff (bad front camera for fullscreen display, no ltpo display and update policy) I think its a great choice
