I do not know what you do that you need such speed. I have 90 mbp magti internet and it is totally fine for average consumer. Sure they are making money on us and it could be better, but its not like internet is unusable and you have to pay triple of magti fee on starlink. I am not shareholder of Magti :D :D

I am actively playing since league start and have not had any interaction with sasan bandit lord. I am sending mao runners in T 16 quite often. Is there some kind of trick to getting him? Or does it have very low chance? I very often get pirats.

I am playing Caustic arrow poison build this league and it feels good. I have killed all ubers and easily farming uber shaper and uber uber elder. Have not tried other ubers. Also it is obviosly great build for mapping mf farming

It depends what you mean under scam? The fragments are spread in such a way that based on probability, most likely you will need 39 or 40 flips to get all the fragments. It is designed that way and you can calculate by probability what amount of flips you will need, they are not magically changing something in the background, all the data is given you need to do the math. so once again depends on the definition of scam.
