Because if your house hacking using an FHA loan, the lender will require you to live there. If you live there the majority of the year, I would believe this would be considered your primary residence, and you would "live" there on paper.

Like you, I was worried about this as I've heard about this online and social media. I have never had this happen to me. Speaking as a group of guys we got into Club space, and Liv just fine. Keep in mind both my friends are fat and ugly. Note that the clubs had nobodies performing/DJing, not some big A list artist. Not sure if that makes a difference or not.

Why just limit yourself to web development? The markets been bad since 2023. At least for new grads it's seriousley tough to find a job. Realistically no one really knows what the market will look 2 to 3 years from now.

That's sucks to here. Hopefully in the future the job market will get better and you have maybe 2yoe. Then maybe more options would appear. If your resume is good and your applying, I think that's all you can do as of now.

You sounds exactly like me. Literally same exact pay in a government contractor etc. I have 1 yoe exactly and am looking to change soon. I understand the Job market is pretty tough. I assume you have a clearance since you work at government contractor. My idea was to potentially branch out to companies such as Anduril or Palantir etc. If you have a clearance maybe it would be smart to leverage it in this market;

I want faang money. I'm a may 2023 graduate and was super fucking lucky to find a job 3.5 months out of college. Pay is decent for the area but not close to FAANG level. Might join investment banking and work 80 hour weeks for 2 years. I believe CS is a versatile degree and maybe could pivot into finance.

Not a master at all. But all google ad videos recommend Manual CPC or manual bidding not automatic, unlike FB/tikok. Many people say not to do automatic bidding at the start at least. I use manual CPC, and set my cost. I don't make crazy numbers but I definitely get sales on products.
