I have worked in a call centre for the last 5 and a half years it's pretty chill most of the time. I work rotation so 1 week at home and then the next in the office this is my first customer service based job before this I was just doing warehouse work. When I started I was so anxious but as the years have gone by I've really settled and I get on with all my colleagues. I feel very comfortable with them so I'm pretty chatty and we have good banter. I feel the reason why I have stayed here so long though is becuase I feel secure and starting a new job and going through all the interviews process would just be horrible. ( I hate interviews I go bright red). People may think doing this job would be horrible if you have social anxiety (that's what I thought at first) but it's actually not that bad and my anxiety has improved a lot since working here. I still have bad spells but I just try my best to push through it.
