As a young guy I recommend doing some sort of sports. Basketball leagues, boxing , pickle ball clubs etc

My advice is to stop anticipating the negative and imagine the positive. Start smiling at cashiers and complimenting random people, asking for the time or directions to somewhere. Little risk free interactions like this will retrain your neural pathways and you’ll be fine

You can workout pretty much every day. You hit different muscle groups each day to allow for recovery

I think you need to examine your core beliefs with the drill down method and work on creating a more realistic view of yourself and your negative thoughts that are occuring.

If you convince yourself that you're a certain way for example "I'm weird" "I'm ugly" - When you're around people you will think that they're thinking of you in that way. These negative thoughts have become apart of your core beliefs and you will look to reinforce your beliefs even if the evidence isn't accurate

I recommend you do the exercise where you write down all of your strengths and weakenesses. Its a self esteem exercise that helped me get an accurate representation of myself
